“We hosted all of our out of town guests at our house for brunch the day after our daughter and her new husband got married. We had 40 people sitting poolside in our backyard. We hired Chef Patrick because word of mouth was that he was a phenomenal chef. He used his creative expertise to really make our brunch special. Our guests were raving about his food presentation and the fantastic taste of all of his creations. Some guests wanted to get to know Chef, so they spent some time with him. Everyone commented on his great personality, his easy ways and his extensive knowledge about the culinary world.
